DELIVERY IN MELBOURNE METRO AND REGIONAL VICTORIA:

For Melbourne Metro orders, we offer $14 next day / future date delivery Monday to Friday.

Melbourne Metro orders over $150 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Deliveries to Regional Victoria and Melbourne Regional will incur a delivery fee which is calculated at checkout and is based on your location the the size of the order.

 

Deliveries may arrive whilst the birds a chirping however we'll endeavour to leave your delivery in a safe location without ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door.

 

INTERSTATE DELIVERY (SA/WA/NT/NSW/ACT/TAS/QLD):
Deliveries interstate will incur a delivery fee (inclusive of GST) and can vary based on region.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT:

There is no minimum order requirement for our delivery services.

 

WEEKEND ORDERS:

Orders placed on a Saturdays &Sundays or Public Holidays will be scheduled for delivery on the following business day.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

In the unfortunate event that you receive items in a damaged state, you can contact us here to discuss further. We will work diligently to address the issue and provide a suitable solution.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

We strive to always maintain stock availability for most items. However, please understand that circumstances beyond our control may impact stock availability.

Our facility always adheres to rigorous audits and cleaning procedures. We take the utmost care in producing & packing our items, and our facility is HACCP accredited to ensure quality and safety.

Click and Collect is available through our Melbourne distribution centre partners.


The ownness is on the customer to pick up on the day of purchase. Orders will be held for 24 hours, if no collection after 24 hours your order will be deemed forfeited. Your order will be refunded, minus a20% restocking fee.


Forfresh items, failure to collect will result in disposal, andno refund will be issued.


If a new date has been agreed on for collection, there will be no replacement of perishable stock items in your order to compensate for potential spoilage of the perishable goods packed for dispatch as per your originally nominated date of collection.


No changes can be made to the order at pick up point and no resolutions, refunds or exchanges will be available at the time of collection.


If you cancel your GiftSec order on the day of dispatch or collection, you may be liable for a cancellation fee and the charges of any perishable products. Before GiftSec processes any such fees or charges, GiftSec will provide notice to you of the additional fees or charges payable and make contact you via the details provided at the time of checkout.
